Zombi 2 (1979), diretto da Lucio Fulci, è un film horror ambientato su un'isola caraibica maledetta dal voodoo, dove i morti risorgono come zombie per attaccare i vivi 1 2. La trama segue Anne Bowles, che si reca sull'isola dopo che la barca di suo padre viene trovata abbandonata a New York. Accompagnata dal giornalista Peter West e da due guide, Anne scopre che suo padre è affetto da una strana malattia e che l'isola è invasa da zombie 1 2.

Il film è noto per le sue scene di zombie e per il suo approccio viscerale e sanguinolento, diventando un cult nel genere horror.
